Each member of the Roto family is perceived as a vehicle to ensure that the stringent standards of quality control set by us to meet and exceed our customers' requirements are achieved.

The quality process encompasses all functions including materials, equipment and personnel selection. A multi-level and multi-stage checking system has been implemented to ensure that in line observations are quickly brought to light - the focus being on doing things right the first time.

The Quality Control Department is equipped with advanced computer controlled tools to monitor quality at all stages of production .

Quality is an ongoing exercise - for raw materials and finished goods and also in terms of technical support in advising customers on the material composition recommended.




 

Customer Feedback and Complaint handling is an integral part of our quality process which is reviewed monthly at the highest level .

Over 80% of our business are repeat customers which indicates the steadfast support and loyalty we command from our valued clients .
